الدليل القانوني للاشخاص ذوي الاعاقة - للمكفوفين

التطبيق الأول لاتاحة التعريف بقوانين ذوي الاعاقة ولائحته التنفيذية للصم بلغة الاشارة وبالصوت للمكفوفين

فكرة وتطوير مجموعة خليفة للكمبيوتر برعاية وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات وبمراجعة واعتماد لغة الاشارة من خلال الاتحاد النوعي لجمعيات الصم

من حق كل مواطن مصري معرفة القوانين التي تنظم تعاملاته في مصر، ويشمل هذا الحق المواطنين عامة, وذوي الإعاقة خاصة وذلك بعد إقرار مجلس الشعب قانون الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة ولائحة القانون التنفيذية وبمناسبة عام الإعاقة 2018, فإن من حق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة معرفة القوانين التي تخصهم خاصة وتحفظ حقوقهم مثلهم مثل أي مواطن عادي. ومن هنا تظهر أهمية وجود هذا التطبيق على الأندرويد أو من خلال الموقع والذي يتيح لذوي الإعاقة سواء الصم بلغة الإشارة أو المكفوفين ( شرح بالصوت ) أن يشرح بشكل مبسط القوانين الأساسية وقوانين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة مع وجود معلومات قانونية هامة لهم تساعدهم في التعامل وفي معرفة وحفظ حقوقهم. يحتوى التطبيق على القوانين التي تخص الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وشرح مبسط لها مدعمة بلغة الإشارة للصم و بالصوت للمكفوفين كما يحتوى التطبيق على قسم معلومات قانونية مفيدة ، وقسم فيه بيانات محامين ذوي الإعاقة و قسم لبيانات مترجمي لغة اشارة قانونيين ، وجهات حقوقية أو خدمية لذوي الاعاقة

The application contains laws concerning persons with disabilities and a simplified explanation supported by the sign language for the deaf and the blind. The application also contains a useful legal information section, which includes the data of lawyers with disabilities, a section of the data of legal sign language interpreters, and human rights or services for people with disabilities
